Meet the Team

Originally from Wichita Falls, Taylor spent 15 years in Oregon, but returned to her hometown three years ago. She began her career in the field of dentistry when we originally opened our doors in the fall of 2019, and now serves as our office manager and patient care coordinator. Taylor’s smile is the first thing you’ll see when walking through our doors. She loves interacting with patients, sharing stories, and helping breakdown the mysteries of dental insurance. Prior to working with us, Taylor spent many years in sales and visual marketing. When not at work, you can find Taylor chasing down her rambunctious four year old and laughing with her husband.

Karen Burross has lived in Wichita Falls her whole life. She began working as a dental assistant after graduating from high school, which was when she decided to become a dental hygienist. Karen brings a wealth of experience to the team. She has worked as a hygienist since 1979 and previously worked for the same practice for 40 years until its closing, and her move to Magnolia. Karen enjoys the relationships created with the patients and working as a team to facilitate the best care possible. When she's not working, Karen likes to spend time with family, especially her two granddaughters and two grandsons.

Texas born and raised, Sydnie grew up in Italy, TX. She has resided in Wichita Falls since 2001. She started her dental career in orthodontics in 2009. Sydnie also has a personal training certification since 2015. When she’s not at work, Sydnie loves going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with her husband, and two little boys.

Emily was raised in Windthorst, TX. She started her first dental assisting job in September 2019 with Dr. Lennard. Emily is thrilled to be a part of the team and make a positive difference in her patients’ lives. In Emily’s free time she enjoys crafting.
